We offer $4 flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. We also provide free local pickup for customers in Mapleton, Iowa. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, with tags still attached and free from any signs of wear or tear. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Certain items, such as accessories, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at gracefulboutiqueco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can send the item back to us. Please note that shipping charges (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer.
